Here is Mei (she actually is 16.. while Shiro is 17-19..). This is for the Catgirl contest that  I did my best to participate.. so I did what you "asked", *CoNeco. Seems like it is the only halloween one, but since it seems that the contest has been extended until Nov. 3, perhaps there will be more. Take two on her witch design. Our objective is to recognise deviants who deserve more recognition and to feature deviations with less than 10 original comments.
